Providing a luxury service across all aspects involves time. This is why we filter the requests that we receive to accommodate clients seeking something truly extraordinary. Through our Instagram platform, clients must first tap the ‘Get Quote’ option, which provides them with a simple list of questions that are vital for our assessment. These questions include the date and type of event, the location, the guest count, and the budget. Once these questions are answered and submitted, a dedicated team member contacts the client to explore options and discuss the technical aspects of working with MOD. Once the client is approved, our process involves around-the-clock discussions and three physical meetings that allow us to showcase thoughtfully developed renders, physical design elements such as materials, table arrangements, flowers, furniture, etc., and more. During this process, we are available should the bride and her family have doubts, specific requirements, or any questions. We understand that planning a large-scale wedding is profoundly personal and treat every project as if it were our own special day. This makes us a luxury in services provided; to us, a new bride isn’t just a number—she is the only number that counts.
